Sales Enablement

Give your reps more time to sell.

HubSpot Sales Hub set up around how your team actually sells, with the content, automation and coaching to back it up.

We map your sales process, build it into HubSpot, give reps the sequences, playbooks and content they need at each stage, and train them in their own pipeline. Managers get forecasts they can trust. Reps get hours back every week.

1The problem

Most reps spend less than a third of their week selling.

The rest goes on logging calls, hunting for the right deck, researching accounts and updating the CRM so a manager can see what happened. Buying HubSpot doesn’t change that on its own. Setting it up around the way your team sells does.

A typical rep’s week, before Selling time 28%
After enablement Selling time 48%
  • Selling
  • Data entry and admin
  • Researching prospects
  • Finding content
  • Internal meetings

Illustrative split. We measure your team’s actual week in the review.

  1. Reps re-type what HubSpot could log

Calls, emails and meetings are entered by hand, or not at all.

  2. Nobody can find the right content

The latest case study is in someone’s inbox. The pricing deck has four versions.

  3. Every rep sells differently

There’s no shared playbook, so new starters take months to ramp.

  4. Forecasts are a guess

Deal stages mean different things to different reps, so the pipeline report can’t be trusted.

2Definition

What is sales enablement?

Sales enablement gives your sales team the process, tools, content and coaching to sell consistently. On HubSpot, that means a Sales Hub built around your sales stages, so reps spend less time on admin and managers can see what’s really happening in the pipeline.

  1. Process

A defined sales process with clear stage definitions, exit criteria and handoffs from marketing and to service.

  2. Tools

HubSpot Sales Hub configured to run that process: pipelines, automation, sequences, quotes and reporting.

  3. Content

The emails, playbooks, case studies and battlecards reps need at each stage, stored where they work.

  4. Coaching

Training in your own pipeline, call reviews and manager dashboards that show where each rep needs help.

Tools without a process automate the mess. A process without tools stays on a slide. We build all four together.

3What we build in HubSpot

Set up for every stage of the sale.

Pick a stage to see what we configure in Sales Hub, and what your reps get from it.

Find the right accounts, and know them before the first call.

We define your ideal customer in HubSpot, set up lead scoring and routing so the best leads reach the right rep quickly, and give reps the research and outreach tools to start conversations.

Reps getA prioritised list each morning, with context on every lead.

Lead scoring and routing

Fit and engagement scores, with rotation rules by territory or segment.

Target accounts

Account-based views and lists for the companies you want most.

Prospecting workspace

One place for each rep’s leads, tasks, sequences and follow-ups.

Prospecting Agent

Account research and first-touch drafts, reviewed by the rep before sending.

4Sales content

The content reps use, where they already work.

Most sales content is made by marketing and never used, because reps can’t find it in the moment. We write or adapt the core set with your team and put it inside HubSpot, on the record, at the stage it’s needed.

Content usage is tracked, so you can see which emails get replies and which documents get read, and improve them.

  1. Email templates and snippets

For first touch, follow-up, no-show and re-engagement, written in your voice.

  2. Sequences

Multi-step outreach for each persona and scenario, with tasks for calls and LinkedIn.

  3. Playbooks

Discovery questions, qualification criteria and objection handling, open on the record during calls.

  4. Case studies and proof

Matched to industry and use case, tracked so you can see which ones get opened.

  5. Battlecards

How you compare to the competitors you meet most, and what to say when they come up.

  6. Proposal and quote templates

Branded quotes with your products, pricing rules and e-signature, built from the deal.

5How it runs

Review, design, build, coach.

Eight weeks for most teams. Each phase ends with a sign-off, so nothing is built that your sales leaders haven’t agreed.

  1. 1 Week 1–2

    Review

We sit in on calls, interview reps and managers, and map how deals move today. We measure where time goes and where deals stall.

  2. 2 Week 2–3

    Design

We agree stage definitions, exit criteria, handoffs and the reports leadership needs. You sign off the design before we build.

  3. 3 Week 3–6

    Build

We configure Sales Hub, connect inboxes and calendars, and build the sequences, playbooks, templates and dashboards.

  4. 4 Week 6–8

    Coach

Role-based training in your own pipeline, then call reviews and a 30-day check on adoption and results.

What you have at the end:

  • Documented sales process and stage definitions
  • Sales Hub configured around that process
  • Sequences, templates, playbooks and quote templates
  • Manager dashboards and a forecast you can trust
  • Trained reps and managers, with recorded sessions
  • A 30-day adoption and results review

08FAQ

Sales enablement FAQs

Which HubSpot Sales Hub tier do we need?

It depends on team size and what you need. Sequences, playbooks and forecasting need Sales Hub Professional or above. We’ll tell you in the review, and we won’t recommend an upgrade that doesn’t pay for itself.

We already have Sales Hub. Can you improve what’s there?

Yes. Most of our sales enablement work is with teams already on HubSpot. We review the current set-up, keep what works, and rebuild the parts that don’t.

Do you write the sales content?

Yes. We write or adapt templates, sequences, playbooks and battlecards with your sales leaders, using your best reps’ language. Existing marketing content is reused where it works.

How do you get reps to actually use it?

We design it with them, train them in their own pipeline, and remove manual steps wherever HubSpot can do the work. Then we check usage at 30 days and fix what isn’t sticking.

Can you connect marketing and sales handoffs?

Yes. Lead scoring, lifecycle stages and handoff rules are part of the process design, so marketing knows what sales needs and reps get leads with context.

Does this include HubSpot’s AI features?

Where they help. Call summaries, email drafting and the Prospecting Agent can save reps a lot of time, and we set them up as part of the build if your plan includes them.

Ready to give your reps more time to sell?

Book a sales process review. We’ll look at how your team sells today, where time and deals are lost, and what HubSpot should be doing for you, then give you a scoped plan and price before you commit to anything.

No obligation. You’ll get a written summary of the review whether or not you work with us.
